Foundation Structure

A 14 -member Board of Directors, led by Dave Karr, meets monthly to review financial information and make key SPLF decisions.

A Development Committee was appointed and began meeting in September 2007 to set new fundraising goals, coordinate grant applications, establish the campaign for equipment and furnishings and develop annual and planned giving campaigns. Dave Karr meets weekly with volunteers and consultants to keep all projects on track.
